A validation code is an 8-character code that we have generated for you, to activate your account after you have registered or changed your password.
Regardless of how you registered, all validation codes are sent to your email address. Validation codes are NOT sent by SMS.
If you have just registered:
Your validation code will be in the email we sent to you confirming your registration
If you have requested a password reset:
Your validation code will be sent in a separate email, headed Password Reset
If you have not received the email with your validation code, please check your email spam folders. As this will be one of the first emails you receive from us, it is common that an unknown sender's email will end up in your spam as unrecognised.
Please allow up to 30 minutes for an email to arrive, but if after this time you still have not received anything, please click the link below 'Need a new validation code?' to request a new code. This will cancel the previous validation code we issued and generate a new one that will be emailed to you again.
Please also make sure your email is valid and you have access to them - validation codes are paired up to email addresses.
